2. If you become the member of TogetherForeverInt.com, you agree to be bound by “Our Policy” for as long as you are a member.
3. The Web site is for the personal use of individual Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors. Organizations, companies, and/or businesses may not become Members and should not use the Service or the Web site for any purpose. Illegal and/or unauthorized uses of the Web site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses of members by electronic or other means for the purpose of sending unsolicited email and unauthorized framing of or linking to the Web site will be investigated, and appropriate legal action will be taken, including without limitation, civil, criminal, and injunctive redress.
4. To become a Member, You must join TogetherForeverInt.com. When You register to become a member of TogetherForeverInt.com, You agree to provide TogetherForeverInt.com with your correct and complete personal details of your self, as required to complete our registration form, and to fully maintain and update your personal information. We will take your registration details as given to TogetherForeverInt.com as true, correct, and accurate. You are totally responsible for the content or information you publish, display or post in your profile and/or transmit to other members. You will not post on the Service, or transmit to other members of TogetherForeverInt.com or employees of TogetherForeverInt.com , any, incorrect, abusive, obscene, offensive, sexually oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to, intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity). You will not include in your profile any offensive language or sexual references, and you will not upload any photos containing any form of nudity or personal information.
5. You must use the Service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable laws and regulations.
6. You may not include in your Member profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last names, URLs or email addresses in any form.
7. You may not include in your correspondence with other members any form of an email address, telephone, fax number, URL or other personal contact information and agree to not request such from any member of our site UNLESS AND UNTIL you have completed and submitted our IMBRA Compliance Form. Upon completing and submitting said form you are free to request from any member her personal contact information by sending her an e-mail through our site requesting such information. When our member receives the request she will review the information contained on said compliance form and may stipulate in writing that she agrees to provide you her personal contact information. She then can do so, and you are free to provide her withany personal contact information upon receipt of hers . Please note that she will not be given your Social Security or Driver's License numbers.
8. TogetherForeverInt allow up to 4 Digital photos of you to be uploaded to your personal profile. Please upload more than one and note that the first photo can not be enlarged when a lady clicks on it, so you may wish to place the first photo twice. Your photo portrays yourself to other members, so the quality of your photos is very important. It is often better to have a professional photographer take the photos for you, and have then down loaded to a disc for you to upload with your profile. Additional photos may be forwarded to ladies and also may be sent from ladies to you FREE OF CHARGE by e-mailing them to: togetherforeverint.admin@gmail.com so that they can be appropriately forwarded.
9. TogetherForeverInt.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate Content posted on the Web site, or in connection with the Service, whether caused by users of the Web site, Members, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Service. Larsen Investment, LLC. assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, user or Member communication. To provide the Service TogetherForeverInt.com purchases services from various Russian and Ukrainian agencies (collectively, Suppliers). The Suppliers providing services for TogetherForeverInt.com are independent contractors and are not agents, or employees of Larsen Investment, LLC. TogetherForeverInt.com is not responsible for the willful, or negligent acts and/or omissions of any Supplier or any of it's respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitation, their failure to deliver services, or their partial or inadequate delivery of services.
